
You may disconnect FiberConnect from your connected Xero account at any time with 2 steps:
Step 1
- Login to your Xero account, click organization name > Settings

- Click on Payment services

- Click Edit > Remove

Step 2
Option 1 - On Xero
- Login to your Xero account, click on organization name > settings

- Click on Connected Apps

- Click on Disconnect button

Option 2 – On FiberConnect
- Login to your FiberConnect account, click Integration Tab > Xero Integration - Invoice Payment Collection

- Click "Disconnect" button under your Connected Xero Account

- Type in "disconnect" and click "Disconnect" button to confirm disconnection

The integration will be disconnected and you can do reconnection when it is necessary
