You may disconnect FiberConnect from your connected Xero account at any time with 2 steps:

Step 1

  1. Login to your Xero account, click organization name > Settings
  1. Click on Payment services
  1. Click Edit > Remove

Step 2

You may either disconnect Xero Integration on Xero or FiberConnect

  • If you want to disconnect on Xero, follow option 1
  • If you want to disconnect on FiberConnect, follow option 2

Option 1 - On Xero

  1. Login to your Xero account, click on organization name > settings
  1. Click on Connected Apps
  1. Click on Disconnect button

Option 2 – On FiberConnect

  1. Login to your FiberConnect account, click Integration Tab > Xero Integration - Invoice Payment Collection
  1. Click "Disconnect" button under your Connected Xero Account
  1. Type in "disconnect" and click "Disconnect" button to confirm disconnection

    The integration will be disconnected and you can do reconnection when it is necessary
